I know it's down to the wire, so if no one can leave a comment I will just go with the one I think is working best. I'm not sure how much time I can devote to doing this anymore, as my book still isn't complete! There is never as much time as there seems.

At the size that I see it there are pros and cons for all.
The larger name one is dynamic, but the & gets too complicated.
The middle one seems most subdued. Maybe cluster up the bottom info a bit more so that it doesn't sprawl? (More contrast between your name and content?)
Bottom one: The bottom four lines feel too far apart. Do you need all four? Maybe you can send people to the tumblr account once they get to your website?
