newer monogram concept
This somewhat locks me into web, but then again, I think the future is. It is based on " @ " and my initials " JM ". Reworking the strokes thicks/thins at the moment. This is obviously just a concept sketch in marker, no final product. The benefit of this form is the ability to render is freehand at will.

Reference
Cory, I found this poster in a Swiss Graphic Design book and thought it might be helpful to you for your poster redo project. The designer is Hermann Eidenbenz and the caption in the book states:
The single repeated figure, increasing in size, suggests events taking place in time and space. The circular silhouettes illustrate a rotary press and the process of printing. The cut-out photographs of the newspaper boy make the link to the final outcome of the process - the newspaper or magazine on the street.
The variety of effect with only a two colour litho print is typical of Swiss design before the widespread use of coulour nearly three decades later.
Hope this helps!

labels
Dear seniors, please use the following "labels" that you see at the lower right bottom of the text box when you create a new post and write in one of the following options:
degree project
timeline
mindmap
redo projects
resume
You can also create new labels (or sometimes referred to as tags) of your own names, so that if I want to see all the work of Jessica, (for example) I can click on the label Jessica. (James already started a label so refer to that as well!)
Thank you!
