I misunderstood the information I received regarding where I am located in the show. Here is my new show space plan. Please leave any suggestions/critique.
Brick wall info-panels will be mounted onto 1/2" foam core
The top horizontal will be my project title "Uploading Identity: professionally engaging in online conversation"
The panels below will be a larger format of the 8.5x11"-double-sided-folded item I had brought to critique (updated since crit)
The tall right panel will be my explanation of the project and process.
The table wil have a locked example of my website, the 8.5x11"-double-sided-folded piece, as well as 5x7" prints of my typographic materials studies
Thoughts, comments, suggestions, please!

Dear James, It's hard to comment on blank surfaces, but here's a thought:
The top horizontal: should that go over the entire width of the wall and not stop 3/4 of the way there?
I see that you have some kind of yellow table cloth on the top picture: that's not going to be there at the show, right?
The large "jm" logo: is that also going to be on foamcore? I worry that it will take away from the presentation if 1. the craft is not at a tiptop shape and 2. distracting from that rest of the visual presentation. You could have it with you and then make a visual decision at the location.
When placing all of your small boards, I would place special attention to the horizontal and vertical spaces in between these boards. (Think in terms of creating columns, leading, kerning, rivers, etc.)

The cloth will be white (or as white as of a cloth as I can get).
The scale of the monogram in the digital-sketch is off. It will be 10"x10".
The monogram will be silkscreened onto the cloth.
I am going to use a laser level so the brick gutters/leading is even.
I will map out some more regarding the vertical at the top.

Dear James, table clothes (even when it is clean, white, and new) at exhibitions have never looked professional to me. It is a strong preference, and this is my own prejudice, so take it for what it is worth!
