Cory, your timeline is too broad for it to be helpful. Think about creating a crit criteria for your project like we do when we write it up on the blackboard. What would yours say? Write it all down from the "big picture" concepts all the way down to what James called "typographic hygien." Put all of these crit criteria into your timeline. Your timeline is to function as a kind of a "to do" list so that you know you have covered everything you are supposed to including "meet five real people related to my project"
