James, this is a good place to start. You have all of your deadlines in place. However, I would like for you to add a bit more "process" into this timeline.
I would like to ask you to include the following (it's the same advice I have been giving quite a few people):
Think about creating a crit criteria for your project like we do when we write it up on the blackboard. What would yours say? Write it all down from the "big picture" concepts all the way down to what you called "typographic hygien." Put all of these crit criteria into your timeline. Your timeline is to function as a kind of a "to do" list so that you know you have covered everything you are supposed to.
